We use PUDO as our delivery service. Which includes Locker to Locker as a cheaper option, or Locker to Door for the convenience of delivering to your door. Add your locker location in the Special instructions

Important Information

PUDO Locker to Locker

  •  First select items you wish to purchase. Then proceed to checkout.
  • Then choose the “Pudo locker to locker” method of shipment.
  • Visit https://www.pudo.co.za/where-to-find-us.php to find the locker closest to you.
  • Once that is done, select the locker you have chosen , copy and paste the name of locker into notes.
  • Once payment is confirmed we will package your order and send you a tracking number.
Package retrieval
  • A pin will be sent to you via sms and email (from Pudo) for collection once your order once it has reached its destination (this email and sms will notify of the exact address of the locker as well as you retrieval pin)
  • You will be able to see when the package has arrived to the locker you have chosen. Once there, select the pick up option on screen and type in the pin sent you. (To track parcel visit https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track )
  • The locker with your parcel will then open up.
  • The lockers are open 24/7, day and night, at selected locations, so you can visit them when it’s convenient for you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARCEL WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR 48HOURS.

  • Pudo locker to locker may take longer than Locker to Door delivery.
  • 4LifeZA  will not be held liable for any late collections or orders sent to the wrong address when no Pudo locker was provided.
  • A new order can be placed by 4LifeZA to a different location at the expense of the customer.
  • If no Pudo locker is chosen in notes, the closest Pudo locker to your address will be chosen by 4LifeZA.
  • If the parcel is not collected in 48hours it will be returned to the closest courier guy hub. A fee will be charged by the courier guy for collection of the order.

Dispatch Days

  • Please view public holiday dispatch days.
  • 4LifeZA will dispatch all orders on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • All orders placed from Wednesday to Friday, will be dispatched on Monday.
  • All orders placed from Saturday to Tuesday, will be dispatched on Wednesday.

Orders above 20kg

All Orders exceeding 20kg in weight will require an additional locker or courier charge
