4LifeZA Super Food Smoothie Blend is high in Protein, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Vitamins and Minerals and Slow Release Carbohydrates.

Ingredients:

Raw Cacao Powder, Raw Mesquite Powder, Raw Lucuma Powder, Raw Maca Root Powder, Raw Baobab Powder, 4LifeZA Sprouted Malt (Whole grains sprouted, dried and stone milled), Sunflower seeds, Chia seeds, Flax seeds (Golden and Brown), Sesame Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Almond Nuts, Macadamia Nuts, Pecan Nuts, Walnuts, Raw Cacao Butter and Green Banana flour.

Add 1 to 2 Table Spoonsful (15 to 30g) to milk and/or yoghurt, or to your regular smoothie blend.  Sweeten to taste with dates, banana or raw honey. Or just add to your morning bowl of oats.
