Green Banana Flour Brownie Recipe

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 160C
  2. Combine coconut oil and honey well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the banana flour and cacao powder together.
  4. Gradually add the flour mix to the coconut oil and honey.
  5. Add in the eggs, one a a time, and beat well.
  6. Fold in the nuts and dates, and gently mix up to even distribution.
  7. Pour the batter into a lined baking pan.
  8. Bake at 160C for 20 minutes or until a prick test shows a few moist crumbs.
  9. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top for flavour and serve with fresh cream or ice cream.
