Thin gauze type synthetic cheese cloth, which is ideal for straining milk, kefir cheese and yogurt.

Use only to strain cold liquids.

Use the cheese cloth to seperate your drinking milk kefir from the culture grains when making your own milk kefir.

It can be reused until the cloth tarnishes.

Rinse the cloth in a hot vinegar solution to clean.

Rinse in clean water and final rinse in a hydrogen peroxide solution, of 50ml volume 10, 3% hydrogen peroxide in 250ml water.

Avoid all household detergents, chemicals, bleaches and dish washing liquids when working with your milk kefir utensils.
