Traditional Uses

For fever, colitis, digestive disturbances, muscular pain, poor circulation. Stress-related conditions and exhaustion. Soothes intestinal infections. Relieves muscular spasms. Can also be used for the treatment of nervous conditions. For athlete’s foot, ringworm, lice, arthritis, scabies, and open pores.

Directions to use:

Infusion: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of herb. Infuse for 10-15min. Strain and drink three to four times per day.
