If taken on an empty stomach it helps with digestion and acts as a natural laxative. Will make you feel better, protects the liver and kidneys. Will help during weight loss. Some of the documentation indicates that moringa has benefits for the following conditions: anemia; arthritis and other joint pain (rheumatism); asthma; cancer; constipation; diabetes; diarrhea; epilepsy; stomach pain; stomach and intestinal ulcers; intestinal spasms; headache; heart problems; high blood pressure; kidney stones; fluid retention; thyroid disorders; and bacterial, fungal, viral, and parasitic infections.
Directions to use: Infusion: Use 1 teaspoon of leaves added to a cup of boiled water. Let it steep for 5-10min. Strain and drink three times per day.
Safety precautions: If you are on blood-thinning medication. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Consult with a medical practitioner before use. Do not take too much too soon. Do not take Moringa on an empty stomach.
